Day 1~ I took 30 minutes, maybe longer after eating and the Magnesium repeated on me all day but take now as soon as I’ve had my breakfast then take my other vitamins around 30 minutes later. So BEST to take with FOOD as stated ~ lesson learnt 😆👍

I had been trying to find sulphur soap for a while now and found it on Plum Organics Papamoa recently. I have nearly gone through one cake and now I can give a review. I have a bad skin condition so was hoping it would help. Well I am pleased it has helped tremendously and surprised it didn't stink as sulphur tends to have an awful smell. It hasn't dried my skin out as I feared it might, the opposite. I use it in my shower once a day.

To be honest I was a little skeptical, so only bought a small bottle. of the Children's sleep support ... but I have to say - they slept well and longer than normal . So I gave myself a dose , and I found I had a great sleep also !!
So I will invest in a larger bottle nest time
