As it says "Perfect". With my menopause, I need to have more protein for all 3 main meals so I have this protein in a smoothie with Nature's Way Spirulina and frozen berries for breakfast. Yummy!!

This flavour is delicious and I love that these bars don’t have stevia (not a fan of the taste) or sugar alcohols. The texture is a little crumbly but I found keeping in the fridge before eating does help with the choc coating not going everywhere.
